Involved in various forms of real estate since 1974 and obtained his real estate license in 1997. Prior to real estate, farming and ranching after his days at Texas Tech kept him occupied until an opportunity came along to enter the world of commercial construction that lasted for 20 year before moving over to real estate. Being born and raised in Fredericksburg, providing that lifetime of local knowledge allows Dennis to bring a level of competence to the buyers and sellers of property that few can match—offering insights into neighborhood trends and market dynamics that help clients make confident, informed decisions . His resume includes being personally involved in residential projects, commercial, industrial and warehousing developments. As a Realtor, he is consistently at the top of the sales statistics for the Gillespie County Board of Realtors MLS production for sales and listings as well as being the #1 ranking agent in the San Antonio council of RE/MAX agents and having ranked as high as the #5 top ranking agent for the entire state of Texas RE/MAX agents. Dennis also holds the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) a designation held by only 4% of the nation's Realtors. And now Dennis also holds the coveted CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation.
